What type of water filter systems is this chiller compatible with?

The system is compatible with most under-sink water filtration systems, including Tankless reverse osmosis system, traditional tank RO system, and non-RO under sink water filters, as long as they use standard 1/4" or 3/8" PE tubing connections

Should the water chiller be installed before or after the water filter system?

For the best water quality, install the water chiller after the RO or under-sink filtration system so only purified water enters the chiller.

Does the under sink water chiller require a professional plumber for installation?

No. The system is designed for DIY installation with quick-connect fittings. However, if you are unfamiliar with plumbing, professional installation is recommended.

Do I need to drill a hole for installation? Does the water chiller unit require an electrical outlet?

If your sink or countertop does not already have an available hole for a drinking water faucet, drilling a 1" hole is required. Yes, it does require a grounded electrical outlet for operation.

How long does it take to chill more water after dispensing the full tank?

After dispensing cold water, the system automatically begins re-cooling. Recovery time depends on ambient temperature and usage volume, the cooling rate is 1.32 gallons per hour.
